Arne co-founded GlobalFOCUS in 2007. 18 years old, Arne left a promising career in basketball to explore how to improve the state of the world. He is a visionary entrepreneur devoted to building a platform providing people with an opportunity of having fun while making the world a better place. In the years prior to his engagements with the organization, he was the President of the Uppsala Association of International Affairs. In 2008, Arne received the “Future Leader of Sweden Award” from Junior Chamber International.

Anne O´Leary is a dedicated management professional and entrepreneur with over 23 years of business development experience. Originally from Boston, USA where she was educated, she moved to Sweden in 1988 and co-founded O´Learys Bar & Restaurant, a chain of over 65 restaurants operating in 7 different countries. She has been continuously immersed in the process of strategic growth but her aptitudes are within the areas of general management, financial control and strategic development where her experience in setting up and managing functional operations has been notably successful. Anne is active in a number of boards and she joined GlobalFOCUS in 2011.

Kajsa Nylander has worked for over 10 years as an international consultant and sustainability project manager focused on organizational change, human rights and gender equality with programs financed by the World Bank, UN, Sida and EU. An experienced trainer in project management, leadership, and teambuilding she has designed and planned innumerable workshops, training programs and events. Kajsa has been active in a number of boards and is since 2010 Chairman of Swedish Consultants. She joined GlobalFOCUS in 2011.

Sven is passionate about behavior and sustainability and co-founded GlobalFOCUS as a social business in 2010. With a background in Human Ecology he is currently studying psychology at Lund University. He is also an appreciated speaker, moderator and process facilitator. In 2009 Sven founded Wake Up Call - a social business educating young people across Europe in sustainability and entrepreneurship. He is an advisor to the governmental project "Youth & Innovation" and a past "Climate Ambassador" for WWF.
