| Bill McKibben Bill McKibben is the author of a dozen books about the environment, beginning with "The End of Nature" in 1989, which is regarded as the first book for general audiences on climate change. He is a founder of the grass roots climate campaign 350.org which has coordinated 15 000 rallies in 189 countries since 2009. Time magazine has called him "The Planet´s Best Green Journalist". In 2011 he was elected Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. GlobalFOCUS organized his two-day visit to Visby July 2009. |

| Huang Ming Huang Ming is a global solar entrepreneur and change-maker. He is the founder of Himin Solar Energy Group, one of the largest producers of solar heating devices in the world. In 2005 Huang Ming was instrumental in getting the Renewable Energy Law passed in China. He built Solar Valley - an entire city run on renewable energy in Dezhou, China. GlobalFOCUS organized Mr. Huang´s three-day visit to Stockholm in November 2009 and connected him to the Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt in Dezhou, China later that year. In December 2011 we hosted Mr. Huang again as he revisited Stockholm to receive the Right Livelihood Award, widely known as the "Alternative Nobel Prize." |

| Muhammad Yunus Muhammad Yunus is a Bangladeshi economist, entrepreneur and change-maker. He is the founder of Grameen Bank, pioneering the micro finance movement. He coined the concept of Social Business and has founded of over 60 social businesses such as Grameen-Danone and Grameen-Veolia, providing a better life for millions of poor families. Muhammad Yunus recieved the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006. His four-day visit to Stockholm in June 2011 was co-organized by Bookhouse Publishing and GlobalFOCUS. |
